Tuition Fees
Tuition fees include all manuals, course materials, lunches and refreshments. They do not include travel, accommodation, visa, tax and other additional fees. Please do not make any non‐refundable travel arrangements until we confirm your course will be held as scheduled. ASP T&C will not be held liable for any charges or fees incurred due to the cancellation of travel or accommodation reservations.

Payment
A 30% advance payment for administrative fee and full balance payment is required prior to commencement of program. If the venue details are not provided, it will be sent no later than one calendar month prior to course date.

Cancellation Policy
Individuals that notify ASP T&C of a cancellation with at least 15 working days notice before the commencement of a class will be given the option of a onetime transfer to the next scheduled course at no additional charge. Any cancellations received after this deadline will result in 100% billing. No refund for non-attendance. Substitutions of participants are permissible with notice before candidates closing registration date. If you cannot send a substitute or otherwise need to cancel your class registration, please provide written notice to us via e-mail at info@asp-consultancy.com. ASP T&C reserves the right to change the date and location of a course and to substitute instructors with equivalent qualifications.
