Collection: Safety Culture
Workplace accidents are not a matter of chance: they often reveal weaknesses in an organization’s safety culture. Achieving lasting changes in behaviors and practices requires a structured approach, grounded in field realities and supported by management.
ASP Consultancy supports you in building and strengthening your safety culture through three complementary areas of intervention:
- Safety Culture Assessment: evaluation of your organization’s safety maturity through interviews, field observations, and analysis of key indicators. A diagnostic report outlining priority areas for improvement is provided at the end of the engagement.
- Implementation of an Occupational Health and Safety Management System: deployment of a structured Occupational Health and Safety Management System, aligned with ISO 45001 requirements and adapted to your organizational context.
- Development of internal HSE standards: drafting of your golden rules, procedures, instructions, and operational HSE standards to embed good practices into your teams’ daily work.
Our consultants work alongside your teams in the field to ensure that deliverables are tailored to your operational reality and immediately applicable.

Safety culture assessment
This assessment evaluates the maturity level of the company’s safety culture, drawing on industry reference models such as the Bradley Curve (DuPont), from the reactive to the interdependent stage. It combines field audits, interviews, and a perception survey to accurately position the organization, then identifies priority levers—visible leadership, proactive indicators, and behavioral safety—to advance toward a culture in which safety becomes a shared reflex at every level rather than an imposed constraint.
